Quinary is hosting a takeover event, featuring Plantation Tea Bar's new tea-based cocktail menu. Antonio Lai and Ling Chan, head mixologist at Plantation, will be serving innovative twists on classic single-origin teas from Japan, China and Taiwan. Rest Coffee Gin, a gin & cafe bar located in West Kowloon District, is hosting a pop-up dinner with Iris Sham. The pop-up menu includes homemade soy-marinated cream cheese, mackerel sushi rolls, deep-fried cod milt in broth, New Year's hotpot and red bean rice cake soup.
